Busy Weekend!

What a busy weekend! Saturday we had a Confidence Class that we hosted at church. It had several parts: Home Alone (teaching children what to do when home alone), babysitting course (what to do when babysitting, how to prepare, what informatino you need to get from families, etc), and a CPR/Heimlich/AED certification course. All three of the kids took the Home Alone course, RJ/B took the babysitting course (both now have a babysitting course certificate) and RJ/B/I all took the CPR training so we have that certificate now as well. R sat in on all the courses but the adult CPR was a little difficult for her since she is so small/young.

Saturday we had 2 graduation parties as well so we ran to each of those. Hard to believe that these kids are graduating! Then R had a softball game at 8 that night under the 'big lights'. That is always a big exciting time for them!

Sunday we had church. We picked up our friends kids and they went with us. After we took them home our busy day started. We were able to sneak in an hour or so nap though which was very good! Our nephew graduated this year so we went to his graduation party. It started at 4:30 but they got out of graduation late so they didnt' get there until after 5 LOL. We had a good time and can't believe he has graduated!

We were suppose to go to our Homeschool Group's graduation but it started at 6 and since the family graduation party didn't get started until about 5:15 we decided it would be best to stay there instead of leaving at 5:30. Rod also had calling hours to go to but decided it would be best to stay with the family. We will be sending cards to our friends that lost their loved one.

Monday our week started with a busy day of normal stuff (kids, chores, fun in the sun), Rod had to work late and the day ended with 2 ball games (RJ & R). Both teams won so that was a great ending to the day!

Well I guess that is it for today!! We'll update again in a few days! Have a great week!!
